New Moon in Sagittarius, November 26, 2019

The universe is sending soothing peaceful energy now, for you to set your intentions for your deepest desires in this upcoming New Moon in Sagittarius, the last fire of the year. And in the true spirit of the season, there is an intention set, for desires for an unknown outcome....which is for the highest good of all. We may not know what that is or what it looks like.

Sagittarius is known for it's happy-go-lucky, cheerful, humorous and relaxed energy. There is not much concern for the future. Sag has been both admired and mocked, for being the cowboy and the clown of the zodiac. Mocked only because of grudging admiration, and amazement of their ability to slip and slid expertly with nonchalance through turbulent situations. High adventure, world travel, and luck seem to follow this archetype around.

When it's looked at more deeply, in the true spirit of Sagittarius,  the mind is freed because it is focused. It has emerged from the cacoon of the deeper transformative process of Scorpio. At the highest ideal of this archetype, the mind is focused on pure light and aiming its arrow for the highest good for all. It is the ascetic meditating under a waterfall, and blessing the world. So naturally, they are lighter and more humorous. Nothing to worry about when you have given your intention to God. This also accounts for the heroic quality of the Sagittarius energy.

The past month has had the healing and deep transformative qualities of Scorpio. We should congratulate ourselves on making it through it!  It's still continuing. But now Sagittarius the last fire sign of the year enters the stage. The archer is aiming his arrow at the heart of Scorpio. This arrow will release of pain and suffering of this transformation. You've come a long way and now it's time to celebrate a little!

The energies are encouraging that irritabilities and disruption that come up with this New moon, (and they will) and throughout the holiday season, be met with kindness, relaxation, and humor.

Remember all the movies that are made of family and friends getting together for Thanksgiving and Christmas always revolve around conflicts the family and friends. What works out in the end, is harmony usually from acceptance and a lot of humor.😄💖

Love the Hurt

I saw a meme the other day that said, "Don't focus on the hurt, focus on the lesson". It sounds fair enough, but it got me to thinking. Why not focus on the hurt?  The hurt is the lesson. If something is wrong, if a child is hurting, or anyone for that matter, don't we want to alleviate their suffering? Stop crying! Snap out of it. Pull yourself up by your bootstraps,  Don't focus on the pain. Stop whining about it. Just put a smile on your face. Don't be so negative. Be positive!! Some of these things are good to do, but it's hard to manage and sometimes impossible until the hurt is addressed. Even the  more positive sayings can turn into a meaningless mantra, and feels more like emotional, or spiritual abuse, rather than good advice. Shamed for feeling hurt can only compound the problem.
